OurTalents is a platform for profiles, projects, events, and Academy content for tech talent. We do not guarantee a job, income, or specific outcome.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. User content

You keep ownership of the content you publish (profile, projects, etc.). By publishing it, you allow us to display and distribute it as part of normal platform operation.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• publish false, illegal, malicious, or misleading content;
• harm platform security or bypass protection mechanisms;
• harass or harm other users.

5. Availability and changes

The service may change over time (features, design, access) and may occasionally be unavailable. We work to keep the platform stable and secure.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend an account if these terms are violated, or in cases of abuse, fraud, or security risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely based on platform information.
